Every engagement is run through a CEST assessment based on the actual work, not a blanket determination. You get a copy, and so does the engager. It's logged, dated, and forms part of your audit trail.

Care Syndicate AI sits as engager of record between you and the care provider. You stay genuinely self-employed under the relationship; we handle the contracts, the compliance paperwork, and the right-to-substitute documentation HMRC expects to see.
03Same-day payments
Cleared funds on payment-run day, with no long waits.
04Permanent audit trail
Every CEST result, self-bill statement, signed engagement and submission kept together, time-stamped and exportable. If HMRC ask, you have the file ready.
